This Fuji product is as good as any on the market, and it's a fair price ... BUT take care when opening. The cases are NOT enclosed in a normal three- or four-sided box holding all 100. The sides of the packaging are open. If you are not careful, many can slip and slide right out of the sides and land on the floor, breaking.



Just open with great care, and there should not be any problem.

This battery fits perfectly in my camera. We checked the charge on it and it is fine. I thought my old battery was the problem with my camera so I bought a new one. The camera is broken for no apparent reason so changing out the battery did not help. I recommend that people have their current battery tested first before they buy a new one to make sure that they don't throw good money out when they have a bad camera.

I bought this battery for my Fujifilm camera, which worked fine with my Fijifilm battery. Once I started using this battery, the camera stopped functioning properly. It would take multiple tries to actually turn the camera on - the camera would turn on and immediate shut off, and the screen would slowly fade into black, as if the camera is dying. The most annoying thing is, every time it shuts off, the date and time of the camera would reset, requiring me to fill in the date and time again and again so the photos taken would have the correct date and time. This is extremely annoying, if I were to upload the photos without the correct date and time, the order of the photos would be all messed up.



Do not buy this battery. It's cheap but definitely not worth the trouble.

After about 6 years of use, the original battery in my Pentax Optio was caput. This battery was a great value, and so far has performed very well. I'm still trying to run down the first charge after two weeks of intermittent use! I use my Optio mainly as a vid cam for making YouTube vids, so the battery gets used more intensively than if I was just taking still pics. This battery has been performing VERY well so far. It's a great deal!

The lens on this camera suffers from very noticeable vignetting (dark corners). Not just subtle light falloff, but major vignetting (dark grey corners). Be forewarned, this is not a problem with the particular camera I have, but rather a poorly designed lens.

I really liked the photo quality of my pictures relative to my friends' more expensive cameras. However, after about 6 months of use, the flash detection sensor would sometimes quit detecting the light ... it would sit there forever trying to detect what it needed to do until I would have to turn it off and turn it back on till the automatic flash started working again. After about a month of that, it would always have that problem, and unless I turned the flash off completely, the camera wouldn't work. Since I'm lazy, I never sent the camera in for repairs but have no purchased a new camera.

I checked Walmart and Kmart for the tapes, they didn't have them. I should have checked Staples b/c they did. First of all, I have to say that I love Fuji's high-end point-and-shoot cameras--I think that they are the industry leader in this market segment. I love my FinePix S200EXR.



But this case is worthless: the main zipper broke after about two weeks, and then the point at which the strap attaches (stage right) failed.



Forget about this case--get a Lowepro TLZ Mini instead.

I usually read reviews carefully and with a grain of salt. This time was no exception, however I did decide to try this case for the Fujifilm S100FS digital camera I own. I also did decide to return the case immediately, as in my opinion, it is misrepresented, and therefore a faulty product if purchased for the S100FS camera. Yes, the camera fit into the case, however, there was no room left for the camera neckstrap, that obviously many people wish to keep attached to their camera. Also, it was nearly impossible to extract the camera from the case without dumping it up-side-down because once the camera was in the case, it left no room for fingers. (Note, my fingers are on the small side of the scale) Zipping and unzipping the case was unusually difficult as well. In conclusion, you may feel free to purchase this case for your S100FS, but I'm afraid you will be very disappointed, as I was.



Returning the case to Beach Camera for a full refund of my purchase price and shipping charge to me was no problem, however they expected me to pay the return shipping charge for what was deemed a faulty and/or misrepresented product. At first they refused to cover the return shipping charge, however after something short of an act of congress, and numerous phone calls and e-mails, I did receive a check for the full amount of the return shipping charge. I have since purchased a Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Bag that I feel will provide adequate carrying safety for my camera. I will post a review on that product upon receipt.



1/31/10 Update concerning the Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 case:Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Bag (Forest Green). Note, it comes in various colors. If you're looking for a case for your S100FS and want something smaller than a suitcase, this might be for you. Although I've had only a limited chance to field test this Lowepro case, I can say, the S100FS fits very well with just enough room to spare. Being an outdoorsman, I purchased the chest harness with it and will post a review on that later. The Topload Zoom 1 is a very well built and functional case for transporting your camera with a minimum of accessories, but if you want to carry your battery charger and cord along, you might opt for another case. There is adequate room for a filter, wrenches and a spare battery as well as a spare SD card or two, but that's about it. Perfect for me, the rest goes in another bag that will reside in the car until needed.

I just received this camera case and I am returning it. Amazon says it fits the Fuji S100. It does fit if you really squeeze the camera into the case. The fit is way to tight and makes it difficult to remove. Further concerns with such a tight fit is damaging the zoom lens or scratching the LCD viewer on the back with the zipper.

Its a nicely made case (I really do wish it fit) for a smaller camera but way to small for the S100 or S200 which are both the same size cameras.

Having tried all three types of fuji pack film, this is by far the best. Not only do the pictures come out with a wonderful dreamy feel, they look incredible! I use the film in my 450 land camera, and the only problem I have is that the first picture never seems to come out.

I have only taken one photo so far. I pulled out the white tab with great difficulty. The black tab did not come out far enough for me to get hold of. By opening the camera and some VERY careful maneuvering I got the tab out far enough. When I pulled the photo out I ended up losing the next photo. With more experience I might avoid this in the future, but this film DEFINITELY has a problem with tab design as well as being very difficult to pull through the rollers. I'm hoping the rest of the pack will be trouble-free!



By the way, the photo came out beautifully except for a roller mark from where I stopped pulling briefly.

This film is just great... I have a Polaroid Propack with the Proflash unit... My only suggestion with this film is, double the processing time (time you wait before pulling the backing off) so that you get the contrast the film is famous for...

I'm glad Fuji is still making stock for this format as Kodak has discontinued. I like the fact that it processes very fast. The only thing I would mention is that it is higher contrast film than 667, which could be a good thing or a bad thing.



I will buy more of this film for my Polaroid Land Camera.
