i read other people's reviews before buying. i realized, one should never trust other people's reviews. I personally like this camera. it's simple in operation, great exterior, fine video quality. Recommend this camera to anybody, who goes on special occasions (restuarants, parties, picnics) because it's easy to carry compared to any SLR camera and it's not that expensive in case of falls or stealing.

Bought the camera 2 weeks ago, 12mpx- POS!!!, had cheap Canon cameras making better pictures, a waist of money, on low light conditions makes better pictures than in good light conditions, looks like a professional camera an feels like one- but- doesn't work like one. Automatic mode-the one you may probably will use for it's simplicity is the one in charge of poor quality picture. Waisted good moments, now have to retake the same pictures and spend extra time. Pictures very grainy. Will return the camera.
